Pastor
Weldon (Sonny) Mutch |
Pastor
Weldon (Sonny) Mutch began pastoring at the Lincoln Christian
Outreach Center in 2002, ministering to a congregation of 7
- 10 people. Through his vision for spiritual growth and reaching
lost souls, he now pastors Victory Tabernacle with a congregation
of approximately 100 people. Pastor Mutch, and his wife Shirley, have 4 daughters and 2 granddaughters.
Pastor Mutch has dedicated his life to the work of the Lord
and fulfilling the will of God. God has mightily anointed him
as is evidenced by his preaching of the Word and putting forth
messages that have a way of "hitting home." He is
also known for his unique sense of humour in getting a point
across. Many of his sermons can be heard on the church's weekly
radio program, ``Voice of Victory``, aired each Sunday morning
at 10 am on CJRI radio 94.7FM.
Pastor Mutch is continuing his work with a fresh vision and
is passionate about providing a place of worship where the move
of the Spirit is the focal point, and allows people the liberty
to seek a closer relationship with God.

Bro.
Harold Jenkins |
Bro.
Harold Jenkins has been involved with working in the church
from a young age. He taught Sunday School for many years and
was youth leader for 17 years in various churches he attended
and was involved in Prison Ministry. Later in life he felt the
call to be more involved in reaching souls for the Lord, and
founded Lincoln Christian Outreach Center in July of 1996. He
pastored for six years and after retiring in 2002, Pastor Weldon
Mutch took over the leadership of the church.
The church in Lincoln was sold in 2004 and our present building
was purchased and the name changed to Victory Tabernacle. Brother
Jenkins continues in service by assisting Pastor Mutch.
Victory Tabernacle has continued to grow and God has blessed
in many ways. Many lives have been transformed and many healings
and miracles have taken place.
It is a great pleasure to work with Pastor Mutch, a man of God
who has a vision to reach lost souls and to see the church progress.
Brother Jenkins and his wife Vivian (Jewett) have 2 sons and
3 grandchildren.
